Clinical history depends on what your current software can export: when it can be exported in a structured format (CSV, JSON, SQL, etc.), we import it as well; when it only exists as PDF or printed, we review it with you before migrating anything. The interface is built so your receptionist, doctors and hygienists can use it from day one without prior training. The day-to-day flows (creating an appointment, registering a patient, viewing the schedule) take minutes to learn. During the first week I personally accompany the team and we adjust whatever you need. The learning curve is flat — if your team can use Gmail or WhatsApp Web, they can use Dently.

Every invoice you issue in Dently is closed with sequential numbering per series, with no gaps. If your clinic is in Spain, it also generates a chained record, the PDF carries the Spanish Tax Agency verification QR code, and correcting an invoice means issuing a credit note, never deleting. The system is built for Spain's Verifactu rules and ready to send invoicing records to the Spanish Tax Agency as soon as we finish validating the submission. The legal deadlines are 1 January 2027 for clinics incorporated as companies and 1 July 2027 for sole traders. All of this is included in the €50/month: it is not a separate module and carries no extra cost.
